Ohayogozaimas Minna San or Good Morning Everyone ..recently I baked some Blueberry Cheese Tartets for my family. It was my 1st time based on the receipe by Juwita Fariz . First, thank you for the sharing this lovely recipe and I am glad that I was able to bake it right for the first time, except for some practice to improve on how to draw the patterns on top of the cheese.

I love my design..(‾◡◝ )..

Tartlet moulds

Mix butter and castor sugar using the wooden spatula. Do not mix for too long.
Add in egg and vanilla essence. Mix again with the wooden spatula.
Add in the flour bit by bit till a soft dough is form.
Keep in the regfrigerator for 1 night.
Take the dough out from the refrigerator earlier. Let is soft for a while.
Press the dough into the tart moulds. Prick some holes onto the pastry.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes minutes or until golden brown in a preheated oven at 170 C.
Let it cool.

Take a bit of the cream cheese and add with your fav colors. Mix it well.
Make your decoration using the toothpicks.
Bake for 5 minutes at 170 C. If you can feel the cream cheese sticks to your hand..add for another 1 minute.
